Our Blister packing options include:
1. Face seal blister - A custom thermoformed PVC blister is heat sealed to the front of a blister card.
2. 2 piece blister - This is also referred to as a clamshell package where there is a front blister that matches up with a rear blister capturing a graphic card and your product in between them. The two halves can be snapped together or sealed around the edge to secure your products.
3. Combination clamshell and blister - This is a clamshell that incapsulates your products and then snaps closed. This style is especially beneficial for a product. In addition this option allows your products to be viewable from both sides of the blister.
4. Slide blister - This is a thermoformed blister package where there is a card to fix the blister tightly.
There are porject features and design of blister we need to consider as follows:
1. Blister size. You always want your blister packing to be as small as possible as it will play as a "cost" role in the sealing part of the process. But you also need to balance the size of the product you are blistering making sure you leave the proper space for effective graphics on the front, which definitely push to sell your products. Thickness range of a blister is from 0.15mm to 1.0mm.
2. Hang hole. This is sealed and slide blister, which has a cut hang hole required by most retailers.
3. Artwork. All artwork is to be provided by our customer.
4. Lead time. Once you have got a blister size and your artwork is completed, we will need a "production" sample of each the products that will go into the blister packing, and we can begin custom designing and making the blister packing for approval. Once we have artwork, we can finish and pack the blister in one month or less.
