The blister packing with silk-screen printing or offset-printing is suitable for various industries such as toys, hardwares, household, appliances, electronics, etc. and can protect the small items well. The price of blister packing depends very much on the following factors: 1. The size and construction of blister (length, width and height); 2. The materials’ type, thickness and color; 3. The processing technic of blister packing (folded fringe, punched a hole, edge sealing, etc..); 4. Quantity per order and the lead time. The estimated offer will be sent out according to the requirement of blister. Also, we will quote to you a firm offer when making sample. |
| Computer design |
Once the price approved by the customers, they will send a sample (blister sample) or patterns to us for making approval samples. Our production department will scan and make a graphic design for the needed blisters. |
| Arranging mass production |
The production department will make decision according to the construction of blister which mould they will adopt gesso model, electro copper model or aluminums model. The mould making is always taking 3—5days. The sample of blister made is usually gesso model. |
| Mould making |
1. Gesso model is a basic model for blister packing. And advantages are short production period, low cost and taking two days to finish model. But the surface of finished blister is very rough and crude. The gesso model is also broken easily and can not make those blisters with thick and deep trays and complicated construction. 2. Electro copper model is commonly used for mass production. The advantages it got is cost-effective, with smooth surface and the model can be used for some time. But that can not make those blisters with precision construction. 3. Aluminums model is the best model to make blister and also very high cost. The model is durable and used for long time. And the important points need to pay more attention are precision making and accurate size of blisters. The modes making takes 5—7 days. |
| Blister forming & Punch press processing |
All the forming blisters must be cut by the punch press. The worker will pack the finished blisters according to the requirement. |
